Di Pescara’s popular Orchard Salad is made with Gala Apples, Anjou Pears, dried cranberries, cucumber, jicama, sunflower seeds and Green Goddess Vinaigrette. The restaurant also offers a variety of gluten-free dinner entrees including Oven Roasted Salmon or Whitefish with Yukon Gold potatoes and roasted cauliflower. Upon request, Di Pescara offers housemade gluten-free bread and hamburger buns as substitutes for sandwiches and burgers.
