The holiday dinner from Aba includes Classic Hummus with matzo crackers and crudité, Parmesan, Potato and Brussels Sprout Latkes, Matzo Ball Soup, Leafy Green Salad with little gem, shaved mint, radish, sumac and lemon tahini vinaigrette, Slow Braised Short Rib with melted leeks, berbere spice and sweet & sour barberries, Crispy Chicken Thigh with sugar snap peas, cashew and almond dukkah and dill and an Almond Tart with berries and lemon zest for $58.95 per person, plus tax. The menu includes House-made Matzo Crackers, Chopped Liver, Suzy Friedman’s Vegetarian Chopped Liver, Gefilte Fish, Matzo Ball Soup, Roasted Chicken with garlic herb marinade, Whitefish Scampi, Slow-Braised Short Rib with sherry jus, Green Beans, Potato Pancakes and Flourless Chocolate Cake for $54.95 per person, plus tax.
