Located in the lower level of 51 W. Hubbard Street, classically-inspired cocktails are now flowing every Wednesday-Sunday evening, crafted by Beary and a team of veteran bartenders using modern techniques. From the moment you arrive to the final farewell, every step of your experience is choreographed with precision, style, and impeccable hospitality. Whether you settle into the bar or sink into one of Kitty’s Cosmopolitan Club’s luxurious velvet sofas, you’re greeted by the person who will guide your entire evening: Your dedicated bartender. Dressed in tailored black tie, the team’s polished charm and attentiveness makes every guest feel like a regular—even on their first visit. Your bartender handles every aspect of your experience, from taking your order, to preparing and serving your cocktails. They welcome questions, make thoughtful recommendations, and remember your preferences. This high level of hospitality is second nature to the all-star team, which includes Bar Managers Tyler MacLellan (Three Dots and a Dash, The Bamboo Room) and Scott Kitsmiller (Gus’ Sip & Dip), and Principal Bartenders Clint Medina and Taylor Jamison.
Unapologetic Opulence
Inside Kitty’s Cosmopolitan Club, it’s immediately clear: This is a place to celebrate life’s most special occasions. The unapologetically opulent space accommodates 60 guests, and was designed by internationally renowned design firm David Collins Studio, which created the stunning spaces of Tre Dita and Crying Tiger. Wrapped in emerald-green velvet, layered textures, and luxurious lounge seating, the centerpiece of the room is a showstopping custom stone-and-metal bar by Behind Bars. You’re going to make some memories tonight.
Classic Cocktails, Perfected
You’ll order from Kitty’s Cosmopolitan Club’s list of classic cocktails, all crafted using modern techniques to honor, refine and elevate the world’s most beloved sips while preserving their recognizable style. Tableside carts glide through the room offering traditional stirred martini service, blending precision with vintage charm. Kitty’s Cosmopolitan Club also features Chicago’s first dedicated −16°F walk-in freezer cocktail station, which turns out an extensive lineup of impeccably cold, perfectly balanced cocktails.

To match the liquid luxury, order up elegant raw bar selections and curated dim sum to pair with your stirred classics and icy-cold cocktails. Kitty’s Cosmopolitan Club’s lounge-style dining menu was composed by James Beard Award-nominated Chef Thai Dang (Crying Tiger, HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen) and Chef Bob Broskey (RPM Restaurants, Gus’ Sip & Dip).
