Joho featuring a litany of desire-inducing courses guaranteed to set the mood, such as Warm Foie Gras with braised fennel and pink peppercorn aigre doux and Prime Filet Mignon with bone marrow bread pudding, root vegetables and potato croquette with cabernet jus.
