Get Ready for A Taste of Lettuce D.C.

One night, five iconic DMV restaurants, a truly unforgettable experience

The Taste of Lettuce is back, as Lettuce Entertain You restaurants from across the Washington, D.C., area team up for one unforgettable evening! On Wednesday, August 12, at 6:30 PM, all five of Lettuce’s D.C.-Maryland-Virginia restaurants will come together at RPM Italian in downtown D.C. to present an exclusive multi-course menu.

The dinner will feature dishes from Joe’s Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab, Mon Ami Gabi – Bethesda, RPM Italian, Summer House – North Bethesda, and Wildfire – Tysons, served alongside wine pairings from RPM Italian’s sommelier team. 

Tickets to Taste of Lettuce D.C. are $149 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included), with a portion of proceeds benefitting The Pink Agenda, a non-profit organization dedicated to funding breast cancer research and care.

Mini Beef Wellington from Wildfire The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a welcome reception celebrating one of summer’s finest ingredients: Heirloom tomatoes. Enjoy passed bites from Wildfire – Tysons, led by Executive Chef and Partner Joe Decker and Executive Chef Oscar Huerta, including Heirloom Tomato & Three-Cheese Tartine and Mini Filet Wellington, an app-size version of one of Wildfire’s most beloved signatures. 

Crab Cake at Joe's SeafoodThe seated dinner begins with a signature first course from Joe’s Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab, led by Executive Chef Chris Morvis. Guests will indulge in a Colossal Lump Crab Cake served with Joe’s famous mustard sauce.

Power Greens SaladNext, Chef Ink Barrack from Summer House – North Bethesda brings together bright flavors of the season with a Power Greens Salad featuring pickled Fresnos, pistachios, red onion, and goat cheese.

Wagyu at RPM SteakFor the main course, Taste of Lettuce host venue RPM Italian presents a surf and turf with Wagyu & Madagascar Prawns from Executive Chef Massimo Vicidomini.

The Mon Ami Gabi Apple Tarte Tatin served with Vanilla Ice CreamSave room for a sweet finale from Mon Ami Gabi – Bethesda Executive Chefs Andrew Fleischauer and Jason Mayle, who will close out the evening with a beautiful Peach Tarte Tatin, a classic French dessert celebrating the season’s fleeting stone fruit.
