C’est Magnifique! Mon Ami Gabi Celebrates 25 Years in Las Vegas

Joyeux anniversaire! It’s been 25 years since Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants’ bistro classique Mon Ami Gabi – Las Vegas opened at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, bringing authentic French cuisine and the romance of Paris’ cafe culture to the Las Vegas Strip.

To celebrate a quarter-century of serving classics such as Onion Soup Au Gratin, Escargots, Steak Frites, the famous Roast Chicken a la Grand-Mère, and signature Profiteroles, Mon Ami Gabi – Las Vegas Partner and Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel and his team are offering a special prix fixe dinner menu throughout September and hosting a momentous five-course dinner event on Thursday, September 19.

25th Anniversary Prix Fixe Dinner Menu (September 1-30)

Available from Sunday, September 1 – Monday, September 30 during dinner service (daily, beginning at 4:00 PM), Mon Ami Gabi is serving a special four-course 25th Anniversary Prix Fixe featuring dishes bursting with seasonal, French flavors in homage to the restaurant’s 25-year legacy.

Grab a seat on the restaurant’s inviting Strip-side patio or inside the charming pavilion and dining room to enjoy courses including: Truffle Baked Brie with preserved raspberry jam, toasted nuts; Loup de Mer and Crispy Pork Belly with lentille verte du Puy and pomegranate reduction; duo of Braised Beef Flat Iron and Tenderloin with purple kale and Perigourdine sauce; and Hood River Cherries Jubilee with port wine reduction and vanilla ice cream.

The 25th Anniversary Prix Fixe Dinner is available for $98 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). Sommelier-selected wine pairings such as Pierre Sparr, 2022 Pinot Blanc and Maison Les Alexandrins, 2022 Syrah, are available for an additional $35 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).

The party continues on Thursday, September 19, from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM, when Chef Pouessel hosts an epic 25th Anniversary Dinner featuring a five-course menu plus wine pairings for $150 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). The authentic French feast will include Truffle and Foie Gras Pate en Croute, Vol au Vent of Burgundy Escargots, Lobster Stuffed Dover Sole Duglere, Snake River Farm Beef Rib Cap and a Strawberries Briand Lemon Tuile.

Along with a half-scale replica of the famed Eiffel Tower complete with its own observation deck, the Paris Las Vegas Hotel itself is modeled after L’Hotel de Ville, Paris’ historic City Hall, and features many other authentic reproductions of fabled “City of Light” landmarks such as a 2/3-scale Arc de Triomphe, not to mention people-watching from Mon Ami Gabi’s elevated patio on The Strip to rival that of the Champs-Élysées.
