
All applicants must have the following qualifications to be considered:
- Required: At least one full year of practical experience OR current enrollment in a culinary program
- Any experience with Italian or French cuisine is a big plus!
- Internships are paid and will run for 10-16 weeks, extensions of that time period are at the sole discretion of the Chef and General Manager
- Interns will be placed in a concept and hourly role that correlates with their skill level.
- The goal of a culinary internship will be to provide practical culinary experience in a Lettuce kitchen.
