FALL 2025 Internship Program
Lettuce Entertain You is currently offering a Fall Internship Program. The program will consist of educational meetings, which will run September 23-December 16, 2025. As well as a practical portion (working in the restaurant). The start and end dates for the practical portion will be jointly agreed upon by the restaurant operators and the intern.
Interns will be hired to work an hourly role in one of our restaurants in Illinois. Interns will attend bi-weekly meetings in which Lettuce industry experts cover topics such as restaurant financials, menu creation, marketing and more. Fall Restaurant Management Internship
All applicants must have the following qualifications to be considered:
- be passionate about the hospitality industry
- have worked at least one full year in hospitality, retail or other customer service experience to be considered
- be at least a junior in college and/or have an equal amount of practical experience

Fall Culinary Externship
All applicants must have the following qualifications to be considered:
- Required: At least one full year of practical experience OR current enrollment in a culinary program
- Any experience with Italian or French cuisine is a big plus!
- Internships are paid and will run for 10-16 weeks, extensions of that time period are at the sole discretion of the Chef and General Manager
- Interns will be placed in a concept and hourly role that correlates with their skill level.
- The goal of a culinary internship will be to provide practical culinary experience in a Lettuce kitchen.
