Lettuce Entertain You at the St Regis Chicago

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is excited to announce two new restaurants slated to open in the new St. Regis Chicago in Spring 2023. The first restaurant Miru, will be a Japanese concept offering an all-day dining experience from Lettuce Entertain You Chef Hisanobu Osaka and is expected to open Spring of 2023. The second restaurant Tre Dita, will be a Tuscan Steakhouse in collaboration with award-winning Los Angeles-based Chef Evan Funke.
