Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prizes.
How to enter sweepstakes: Starting at 10:00 AM CDT August 7, 2023 and ending at 11:59 PM CDT August 11, 2023, enter for a chance to win Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) in Lettuce Entertain You gift cards valid at participating Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant locations only (limitations may apply-go to Lettuce.com or see back of card(s) for any restrictions) with an approximate retail value of $250.00, Chef Juan’s mold with an approximate retail value of $26.00, a bag of Chef Juan’s custom chocolate Union with an approximate retail value of $110.00, and a dessert menu item at Miru with an approximate retail value of $18.00 by following Lettuce Entertain You on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/lettuceentertainyou (Promotion Site), and following Miru @mirurestaurant on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/mirurestaurant, and following @pastrychefjuan on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/pastrychefjuan and comment and tag two friends in the comment section of the @lettuceentertainyou and @mirurestaurant Reel posted August 7, 2023 on the Promotion site and at https://www.instagram.com/mirurestaurant. At or about 11:00 AM CDT August 14, 2023, one winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message at or about that time. Winner must respond within 24 hours to remain eligible. Failure to respond within stated time may disqualify chosen winner. Winner must provide a valid email and mailing address to communicate and receive their prize by Sponsor method of choice. Sponsor not responsible for failed, misdirected or otherwise faulty entries or information of any kind, even if due to Sponsor error.
No alcoholic beverages, transportation, travel or accommodations are included. If winner does not respond or fails to provide adequate information for mailing, the prize may be considered forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by Sponsor in their absolute and sole discretion. Total approximate retail value of the prize is $404.00. Restrictions may apply including but not limited to, not valid toward Lettuce Entertain You Frequent Diner points, not valid for third party delivery or redeemable for cash or refund of any kind. How to claim your prize: The Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message with all required details on or about 11:00 AM CDT on August 14, 2023. Winner will be required to provide their full name, email, address (for mailing prize) and telephone number and respond no later than Twenty Four Hours from time of Instagram Message. Failure to respond within the applicable time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor shall have the option and not the obligation to award the prize to an alternate winner in their sole discretion. Sponsor may require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 (if required by IRS regulations) prior to the delivery of any prize (collectively, “Affidavit”). If the prize winner does not respond to the notification within stated time period of 24 hours, is found to be ineligible, fails to execute, if applicable, the Affidavit or other documentation required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may consider such prize winner to have forfeited the prize, and another prize winner may be selected in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices even if due to human error including Sponsor error. Prize will be mailed to winner at their home address as provided.
General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. No cash value and no refunds on unused amounts. Gratuity is not included. Prizes are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic beverages. Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. All Employees of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc. (“Sponsor”), their agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and all decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize, participants/winners agree to release Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents as stated herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities and that Sponsor may use participant’s/winner’s name, likeness and submitted photograph for advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, without further notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION.
