Aba to Open in Dallas’ Design District at The Seam in Late 2026
Beloved Mediterranean Restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants Expands Texas Footprint
Aba, the Mediterranean restaurant with a California influence from the renowned hospitality group, Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, will open its first Dallas location in late 2026 at The Seam, the highly anticipated mixed-use development in the Design District. Aba currently has locations in Chicago, Austin and Nashville, with Dallas set to become its fourth location.
Known for transporting guests to summer in the Mediterranean year-round, Aba will bring its signature indoor-outdoor dining experience to Dallas.
“We’ve been humbled by the positive response from our guests in Austin, and we are excited to expand into the Dallas market,” says Marc Jacobs, Executive Partner and Divisional President of Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. “We look forward to bringing our warm hospitality, California-inspired mezze-style menu and energetic ambiance, transporting guests to a vacation in the Mediterranean.”
The menu features Chef and Partner CJ Jacobson’s modern approach to Mediterranean cuisine while incorporating his California roots. Guests can expect familiar favorites including house-made hummus and spreads, hot and cold mezze selections, kebabs, butcher cuts and seasonal desserts, in addition to new dishes inspired by the local market. The beverage program will highlight spirits and rare wines from lesser-known Mediterranean regions.
Aba’s Dallas location will feature its signature green landscape including large-scale Mediterranean olive trees, climbing ivy and a local collection of potted plants and trees. Moroccan-style lanterns, vintage glass chandeliers and rich tones of leather, stone and mosaic tiles fill the space. The restaurant will feature both indoor and outdoor dining rooms and bars, ideal for private events.
Aba’s arrival further cements the Design District as one of Dallas’ most dynamic culinary destinations and marks another milestone in Lettuce’s growing presence in Texas.
Lettuce first entered the Dallas-Fort Worth market last year with Lone Star Smokeout, a barbecue and country music festival. The three-day festival is set to return April 24-26 at AT&T Stadium for its second year with headliners including Shaboozey, Koe Wetzel, and Riley Green.
