Happy Camper Pizza is Set to be the Happiest Place on the Las Vegas Strip Coming this Fall 

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants will partner with Happy Hospitality to Bring Good Vibes and Hand-tossed Pizza to The Strip

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is excited to collaborate with Chicago-based restaurant group, Happy Hospitality to bring their signature pizza restaurant and bar, Happy Camper Pizza, to Las Vegas this fall at the Fashion Show Mall (3200 Las Vegas Blvd S.).

Happy Camper is known as a fun, lively and playful social gathering spot, where guests are welcome all day for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch or late night drinks. Perfect for large groups, the Las Vegas location will boast a large patio and indoor-outdoor bar, decked out in the brand’s signature decor that includes disco balls, neon lights and more. 

“Ever since opening Homeslice in 2013, our goal has been to build and design casual and fun restaurants that we personally enjoy spending time in, in cities that we love,” says Josh Iachelli, Co-founder, Happy Hospitality. “We couldn’t have asked for a better partner than Lettuce Entertain You to help us become part of the Las Vegas bar and restaurant community.”

The menu will include more than a dozen pizzas on Happy Camper’s signature dough made in-house daily, with a gluten-free crust option available. In addition to the pies, Happy Camper is known for its fun, shareable appetizers and drinks, plus menu items exclusive to the Las Vegas location.

This will be the first location in Las Vegas for Happy Hospitality, and the sixth restaurant for the group, with four pizzerias in Chicago and one in Denver.
