Summer House to Open at Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas
Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is excited to announce it’s bringing its popular California-inspired restaurant Summer House out west for the first time when it opens late fall at the new Durango Casino & Resort in southwest Las Vegas.
At Summer House, it’s summer all year long where the warm California spirit combines with seasonal, market-driven dishes. The menu will range from Cali-style tacos and fresh vegetable plates and salads to housemade pastas, pizzas crafted with California milled flour and entrees from the live-fire wood grill. With a menu meant for sharing, Summer House is the ideal spot to gather for any occasion with family and friends and soak in the West Coast beachy vibe.
Summer House marks Lettuce Entertain You’s first expansion off of The Strip, joining the additional Las Vegas concepts of Mon Ami Gabi, Eiffel Tower Restaurant, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, RPM Italian and El Segundo Sol.

Designed by award-winning architecture and design firm Rockwell Group, the restaurant will evoke the signature beach house vibe for which the Summer House brand is known. Natural light, white-washed walls, earth-toned tiling and greenery will create an open, bright and airy space.
Summer House will offer indoor and outdoor dining and will be open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Inside the restaurant will be The Market where guests can order to-go from a menu of light breakfast items, coffee, and juices. The Market also will feature the restaurant’s signature baked goods, pastries and famous oversized cookies, recognized as some of the best in Chicago.
