WINDY CITY SMOKEOUT ANNOUNCES STAR-STUDDED HEADLINERS FOR 2027 FESTIVAL, INCLUDING SUPERSTARS FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE
4-day wristbands go on sale Friday, September 25, as Florida Georgia Line joins returning talent Megan Moroney and Riley Green, alongside Tucker Wetmore, at the United Center July 8-11, 2027
Windy City Smokeout, the two-time Academy of Country Music’s “Festival of the Year” music and BBQ festival from Lettuce Entertain You, is thrilled to announce its headliners for the 2027 festival at the United Center. Returning as a duo for the first tour since 2022, 2x Diamond Certified Florida Georgia Line returns to the stage alongside Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music award winners Megan Moroney and Riley Green, with breakout star Tucker Wetmore rounding out the headlining roster.
With excitement building for next year’s headliner lineup, 4-Day public wristbands will go on sale Friday, September 25, and will be available at www.windycitysmokeout.com. Presale for 4-Day wristbands begins Wednesday, September 23, before opening to the public on Friday at 10am. Fans can get presale access by signing up for Windy City Smokeout’s Mobile Club via the festival’s website. Single-day wristband sales to follow in the coming weeks.
The 2022 and 2024 winner of the ACM “Festival of the Year” award, Windy City Smokeout is known for bringing together BBQ’s most celebrated pitmasters and the biggest names in country music, curated annually by ACM award-winning promoter and Windy City Smokeout Co-Founder and Partner Ed Warm.
The complete list of Windy City Smokeout headlining talent includes:
- Florida Georgia Line (ACM “Artist of the Decade” honor and 14X Platinum certified for their hit-song “Cruise”)
- Megan Moroney (2023 ACM “New Female Artist of the Year” and 2024 CMA “New Artist of the Year”)
- Riley Green (2020 ACM “New Male Artist of the Year” and 2024 CMA “Musical Event of the Year” winner)
- Tucker Wetmore (2026 ACM “New Male Artist of the Year”)
With four can’t-miss headliners on the bill, Windy City Smokeout 2027 promises four distinct nights of top-tier country talent — full night-by-night scheduling and showtimes to be announced in the coming days. Windy City Smokeout takes place Thursday, July 8 from 2-10 p.m.; Friday, July 9 from 2-10 p.m.; Saturday, July 10 from 1-10 p.m.; Sunday, July 11 from 1-10 p.m. All 2027 performing artists’ show dates and showtimes, along with the BBQ pitmaster lineup, will be announced soon.
