Where Hugo, I Will Follow Spritz
Recipe by Bar Tre Dita
Move over Aperol Spritz, there’s a new Italian cocktail in town! Tre Dita is sharing the recipe for its Where Hugo, I Will Follow spritz, a bright, bubbly, botanical update on a classic Hugo Spritz. Italicus bergamot—a modern version of the aperitivo known in nineteenth-century Italy as “the drink of kings”—combines with bianco vermouth, lemon and olive to capture the sophistication of a Tuscan Summer in a glass. Enjoy at home or sip along with other refreshing cocktails and Italian wine and spirits on the menu at the cucina Toscana at The St. Regis Chicago.
