This December, RPM Restaurants are raising a glass with Maison Ruinart and welcoming back one of their most beloved seasonal traditions: The Holiday Champagne Menu. Available at all RPM locations, it’s the perfect way to celebrate the most festive time of year. Each menu features two exquisite Risotto Fritto bites, one topped with Wagyu Tartare and Black Truffle, the other with Yellowfin Tuna and Kaluga Caviar, paired with luxurious Maison Ruinart Champagne. Join Wildfire in Chicago’s River North on Thursday, December 4 at 6:30 PM for our last wine dinner of the year featuring the delicious wines from Pahlmeyer, a premium winery based in the Napa Valley, known for masterfully crafted, critically-acclaimed wines from premier mountain vineyards. Each varietal will be paired with five custom courses, such as Miso Glazed Black Cod with Pahlmeyer Chardonnay, Napa Valley ’23, and Dry Aged Prime Rib & Broiled Lobster Tail paired with Pahlmeyer Proprietary Red, Napa Valley ’22, plus three additional delicious pairings. On December 16th, Tre Dita Chef Partner Evan Funke will host a multi-course dinner inspired by Cortona’s legendary Sagra della Bistecca. Paying homage to Tuscany’s annual celebration of fire-grilled beef, the menu will also feature artisan antipasti, seasonal insalati, and Chef Funke’s signature handmade pastas, all paired with heritage Tuscan wines, capturing the warmth and communal spirit of dining in Tuscany at Tre Dita, the first certified Tuscan restaurant in the United States as designated by Ventrina Toscana.
