Brewery Dinner with Toji-led Sake Pairing at The Omakase Room at Sushi-san

The Omakase RoomJoin The Omakase Room at Sushi-san for a special omakase dinner, featuring a once-in-a-lifetime sake experience. Each glass on the evening’s optional sake pairing menu will be introduced by one of the four Toji (Master Brewers) who crafted it. The pairing selections, created in honor of importer Joto Sake’s 20th Anniversary, will feature not just one, but FIVE of Japan’s iconic brands: Shichi Hon Yari, Watari Bune, Taiheikai, Izumo Fuji, and Eiko Fuji. Each selection has been carefully selected to pair with Chef Kaze Chan’s 18 courses prepared and presented by our master sushi chefs. Please note, gluten-free diners can be accommodated, but we are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan dietary restrictions. Seatings are available at 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM.
