Every Saturday in June, Decker’s Sourdough Bagels will host pop ups at Wildfire – Chicago from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and Wildfire – Glenview from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (or until we sell out). Decker’s Sourdough Bagels was born in the kitchens of Lettuce Entertain You’s Wildfire from Executive Chef Partner Joe Decker’s own aged sourdough starter. These hand-rolled artisan bagels are boiled and baked for a crusty and crispy outside and soft, airy, tangy inside, perfectly paired with house-whipped cream cheese spreads. Sandwiches and fresh-baked pastries are also available. Pre-orders begin the Tuesday before each pop-up, and you can stay to enjoy on the patio if you choose!
