Dry-Aged January Steak Flight and Dry-Aged SteakburgerRPM Steak is bringing a new meaning to “Dry January” with its second annual Dry-Aged January. The event returns with specials available from Thursday, January 1 – Saturday, January 31, including the Dry-Aged Steak Flight for $58 each, plus tax, which includes 3-ounce servings of steak three renowned purveyors, all from different U.S. regions: Master Puveryors from the Bronx, New York; Meats by Linz from Calumet City, Illinois; and Flannery Beef from San Rafael, California. Each purveyor features a unique stage of the dry-aging process, or dry-aging technique. A Dry-Aged Steakhouse Burger will also be available, made from 28-day dry-aged beef, aged Gruyere, caramelized onion and peppercorn sauce, for $26, plus tax.
