Dedication to sourcing the best ingredients is at the heart of everything on the menu at The Oakville. Chef Max and his team have curated partnerships with farms, ranches and wineries throughout California and the Midwest. Even the Sourdough bread is provided by Chicago brewery and bakery, Middle Brow Bungalow, and is served with butter made fresh daily with dairy from Old Heritage Creamery. The Oakville’s pork chop comes from its namesake, Sakura Farms, located in Westerville, Ohio. Midwest farms like Butternut Sustainable Farm and Vintage Prairie Farm allow the chef team to keep fresh ingredients at the center of The Oakville’s dishes. The menu will change with the seasons so guests can enjoy the freshest version of each component used throughout the dishes.

Take a Trip to Northern California

The Oakville Grill & Cellar's Main Dinning RoomThe Oakville’s design pulls inspiration from key wood and stone features of California wineries. These warm, grounded elements are met with a breath of greenery from olive trees and oak branches planted throughout the space. Elegant and low-lit lighting creates a welcoming yet intimate ambiance fit for any occasion. Stop in for a drink at the bar, located in the center of the main dining room, or nestle into a booth for the evening. Seating throughout the restaurant continues to the second floor which includes the restaurant’s all-seasons patio for those looking to dine al-fresco.
