Let’s take a look to see what the buzz is all about!

The Food:

From Executive Chef Bob Broskey, the RPM Seafood menu highlights the freshest seafood and fish from all around the world, straight to your plate.

RPM Seafood Royal Seafood tower

In addition to show-stopping Seafood Towers, a few of our favorite dishes include:

Prawns in Olive Oil from RPM Seafood

Crab de Jonghe from RPM Seafood

An updated take on an old Chicago classic, the Peekytoe Crab de Jonghe with garlic butter and espelette

If you’re not a seafood lover,  no problem! The menu also offers a selection of steaks including 100-Day Dry-Aged Olive Beef from Japan and Cape Grim Grass-Fed NY Strip from Tasmania, freshly made pastas and more.

Banana Napolean dessert from RPM Seafood

Save room for dessert because Banana Cream Napoleon with warm caramel, phyllo and whipped cream, created by Executive Pastry Chef, Andrea Coté – is truly something special.

Check out the RPM Seafood dessert menu here.

The Drinks:

The Westin cocktail from RPM Seafood

RPM Seafood’s wine program is built around the seafood-friendly wines of Burgundy – including famous Chablis houses dating back generations – as well as Bordeaux, Super Tuscans and RPM Private Barrels that RPM Wine Director / partner, Richard Hanauer, has curated.

With sweeping views of the Chicago River, RPM Seafood takes design inspiration from seaside towns in France and Italy. Designed in partnership with award-winning architect and design firm, Rockwell Group, the restaurant spans two floors with floor-to-ceiling windows, two private terraces on the second-floor mezzanine (perfect for private events) and a 100 + seat patio that will make it’s debut this spring.
