El Segundo Sol is hosting a Summer Tequila Dinner on Tuesday, July 30 from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. This event will feature a five-course dinner with paired drinks from Espolòn Tequila. The night begins with a Bloody Maria Shigoku Oyster, then comes the Blue Prawn, Duck Carnitas Taco, Wagyu Carne Asada, and finishes with Arroz con Leche for dessert. With each featured tequila, the ESS team will guide through its origin and the unique expressions of each pairing. Tickets to the Summer Tequila Dinner are available for $95, plus tax and 4% event fee (gratuity not included).
