This September, Mon Ami Gabi celebrates 25 years on the Las Vegas Strip. To honor the occasion, Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel presents a 25th Anniversary Prix Fixe, available during dinner service starting at 4:00 PM on Sunday, September 1. The four-course set menu honoring Mon Ami Gabi’s 25-year legacy of serving fine French cuisine will include  Truffle Baked Brie, Loup de Mer with Crispy Pork Belly, Duo of Braised Beef Flat Iron and Tenderloin, and Hood River Cherries Jubilee for dessert.
