The night begins with a Bloody Maria Shigoku Oyster, then comes the Blue Prawn, Duck Carnitas Taco, Wagyu Carne Asada, and finishes with Arroz con Leche for dessert. With each featured tequila, the ESS team will guide through its origin and the unique expressions of each pairing.
