Hubbard Street, Three Dots and a Dash Beverage Director Kevin Beary and Bar Manager Scott Kitsmiller have curated Tokyo Last Call, an immersive cocktail experience designed to transport guests to Tokyo’s vibrant cocktail scene without leaving Chicago. Inspired by Japan’s popular “listening bars,” every Thursday-Saturday in April, bartenders from four legendary Japanese cocktail spots—Brooklyn’s Bar Goto (April 4-6), Manhattan’s Katana Kitten (April 11-13), and Tokyo’s Bar TRENCH (April 18-20) and SG Club (April 25-27)—will serve a menu of exclusive cocktails while a retro-style jukebox spins perfectly crafted playlists of both modern and vintage vinyl. The Oakville Grill & Cellar welcomes welcomes Shafer Vineyards as the featured winery for May at its wine tasting room, The Cellar Door. Shafer’s Napa journey started in Chicago over 50 years ago, and for one month they’ll make a return to their roots. Discover selections by Shafer for $65 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). The Cellar Door offers seating for up to six guests Monday – Friday from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, and Saturday – Sunday from 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM. A chef-curated cheese & salumi board is available to order. Please note that The Oakville’s full dinner menu is not available at The Cellar Door, and reservations are required ahead of time to secure a table before or after the experience. Our team will do our best to accommodate any last-minute requests.
