From Seafood Gumbo and Jambalaya to Chargrilled Oysters, Étouffée, and classic cocktails like the Hurricane and Sazerac, our Mardi Gras menu brings the spirit of the New Orleans straight to the Oyster Bar. End Mardi Gras on a high note on Fat Tuesday, February 17, with live music in the Oyster Bar from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and a Shrimp Boil with 1 lb. of shrimp, andouille sausage, potatoes, sweet corn and cajun seasoning.
