Sakura Sour
The perfect spring sip
Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients:
2 oz. Broker’s gin
½ oz. Cointreau
¼ oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
4-6 dashes of Fee Brothers Fee Foam
1 tsp. Luxardo cherry syrup
edible flower of your choice (optional garnish)
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice, and vigorously shake for 2 minutes.
2. Strain into a clean shaker (or remove ice from the first shaker), then vigorously shake again for 1-2 minutes to enhance the foam.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with an edible flower of your choice, using tweezers to gently place it on top of the drink.
