The Best in BBQ, All in One Place
No one knows BBQ like Texans, and this lineup gets the Lone Star State seal of approval. Fourteen of the country’s top pitmasters will be smoking up all kinds of delicious meat treats during Lone Star Smokeout weekend. Texas classics like Salt Lick BBQ, Panther City BBQ, 2M Smokehouse BBQ and more will join out-of-state guests like Little Miss BBQ (Phoenix, AZ), Pappy’s Smokehouse (St. Louis, MO), and our very own Bub City (Chicago, IL).

Pro tip: BBQ is NOT included with general admission tickets, so we strongly recommend arriving to the fest early to make sure you get to try everything on your list.
