Rickey 250
Red, white, and berry delicious
Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz. Wheatley vodka
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 strawberry, diced
blueberries, for garnish
Method:
1. Add the Wheatley vodka, fresh lime juice, diced strawberry and simple syrup to a shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice, seal tightly, and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Thread fresh blueberries onto a cocktail pick and place it across the rim of the glass as a garnish.
