Stratford Spritz
A garden party in a glass
Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients:
1 oz. St-Germain
1 oz. Lillet Rosé
2 oz. Charles de Fère
sparkling rosé of choice
soda water, to taste
edible flower, for garnish (optional)
Method:
1. Combine the St-Germain, Lillet Rosé, and Charles de Fère in a wine glass.
2. Stir, add ice to taste, and fill to the top with sparkling rosé.
3. Top with a splash of soda water to taste, and add edible flower for garnish if desired.
