How do I play Scratch Off?
From start of business August 1, 2026, through close of business on September 30, 2026, “check in” when dining in person or order delivery or carryout on the LettuceEats® app at a participating restaurant and follow the on-screen instructions to reveal your offer. Online orders at Wow Bao restaurants are not eligible for the End of Summer Scratch Off Promotion.
Bonus Point Offers, once revealed, will expire at 5:00 AM CST the following day if not redeemed on a check or through an online order. Bonus Points must be presented at the time of purchase, and are valid only at the listed location. For online orders placed for a future delivery or pick-up day or time, Bonus Points will be added at the time of delivery or pick-up, not when the order is placed. Bonus Points are not transferable and are not valid for pre-paid reservations, events or private parties. Bonus Points may not be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards or retail items, tax, or gratuity. The Lettuce End of Summer Scratch Off promotion is valid from start of business August 1, 2026 through close of business on September 30, 2026. Valid only for dining in restaurants or ordering pick up or delivery directly from the LettuceEats® app. Guest must “check in” when dining in person or click the Online Order button to order delivery or pick up on the LettuceEats® app at a participating restaurant and follow the on-screen instructions to reveal offer. Not valid on orders placed online through Lettuce.com or through a third party platform. Not valid for pick up or delivery orders from Wow Bao restaurants. Not valid for private parties, catering orders, or gift card purchases. The guest who has the most qualifying End of Summer Scratch Off transactions between August 1 – September 30, 2026, meaning that they activate a Summer Scratch Off play in the LettuceEats® app and have a corresponding paid transaction, will receive a Grand Prize, consisting of a personal Lettuce Entertain you concierge contact to help plan their dining experiences for one calendar year starting January 1, 2027. Lettuce’s End of Summer Scratch Off Promotion is valid at all locations in the LettuceEats® app except: The Dalcy, RPM Events, The Ivy Room, and Salon 61.
What is the End of Summer Scratch Off Grand Prize?
All participants will receive a Bonus Points offer. Bonus Points have no cash value. The guest who has the most qualifying End of Summer Scratch Off transactions between August 1 – September 30, 2026, meaning that they activate a Summer Scratch Off play in the LettuceEats ® app and have a corresponding paid transaction, will receive a Grand Prize, consisting of a personal Lettuce Entertain you concierge contact to help plan their dining experiences for one calendar year starting January 1, 2027. This will consist of email access to a Lettuce Entertain You employee who will assist with dining requests and reservations. Requests must be made at least two business days before the requested dining date. All reservations and experiences are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability. This prize does not have a cash value.
How do I qualify to win the Grand Prize?
By definition, the Grand Prize winner will be the guest who has the most Scratch Off plays with qualifying restaurant transactions between August 1 – September 30, 2026. If there is a tie between multiple participants, the guest who has both the most visits and the highest spend during the promotional period will receive the Grand Prize.
The winner will be determined approximately eight weeks after the close of the promotion, and no later than December 1, 2026. Prizes are subject to availability, and will be coordinated in conjunction with the Lettuce Entertain You marketing department for scheduling.
