Pineapple Habanero Margarita

Beatrix‘s tropical take on a margarita has the perfect amount of kick, thanks to the addition of smoky habanero syrup. Raise a toast to National Margarita Day (or any day!) with the restaurant’s recipe for its Pineapple Habanero Margarita.

Pineapple Habanero Margarita
A smoky-sweet sip
Yield: 1
Ingredients:
¾ oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
¾ oz. Appel’s Smoky Habanero Syrup
1 ½ oz. Nosotros Tequila Blanco
1 Pineapple Wedge, for garnish
1 Pineapple Frond, for garnish
Method:
1. Combine lime juice, pineapple juice, habanero syrup, Nosotros Tequila Blanco and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
2. Strain over fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with pineapple wedge and pineapple frond.
