For adults aged 21+, ring in the New Year from 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM. Indulge in Japanese-inspired canapés, interactive food stations, and an all-inclusive premium bar package featuring wine, beer, and both classic and specialty cocktails. Dance the night away with a live DJ, strike a pose at the photo booth, and capture the magic of the evening. As the clock strikes midnight, toast to 2026 with fireworks over the Chicago River, and a gift bag. The cost is $250 per person, plus tax and service fee. Elevate your evening with the option to book a dedicated banquet table for up to 10 guests at $350 per person, plus tax and service fee. Join us on New Year’s Eve at our highly sought-after Sommelier Station to experience the finest expression of food and wine that RPM Seafood has to offer. Early Celebration seating (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM) includes a two-hour table reservation with no booking fee. The Tuscan Celebration 1 (5:15 PM – 6:30 PM) includes a two-hour table and features chef-selected stuzzi and sweet treats to enjoy the morning after, and requires a booking fee of $75 per guest.
