This November, Shaw’s Crab House – Schaumburg is celebrating 25 years of serving up the freshest seafood, signature steaks, and warm hospitality in Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs. From Saturday, November 1 – Tuesday, November 25, we’re throwing a 25-day shell-ebration filled with throwback favorites, specials, live music, a brand-new happy hour, and surprise $1 oyster hours. A Shuckin’ Good Kick-Off

We’re starting strong on Saturday, November 1 with a full day of festivities in the Oyster Bar. For the first time ever, we’re introducing a roaming shucker, bringing fresh oysters on the half shell straight to your table — because nothing says celebration like oysters delivered with flair. Select oysters will be available at half-price all day, and from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the legendary Nick Moss will be bringing the house down with live blues.

Throwback Favorites Return

Shaw's Schaumburg 25th anniversary throwback dish, Clams CasinoFrom Saturday, November 1 – Tuesday, November 25, classic dishes from Shaw’s Crab House – Schaumburg’s past return to the menu, available in both the Oyster Bar and Main Dining Room. Signature throwbacks like Clams Casino and Blue Crab Stuffed Shrimp from the opening menu, plus other favorites like Charred Sashimi Tuna offer a taste of the restaurant’s early years. Alongside the menu, a special “Anniversary Edition” Old Fashioned, crafted with Four Roses Private Single Barrel Bourbon, demerara, angostura and orange bitters, is available for $25, plus tax (gratuity not included).

Introducing a New Happy Hour

Shaw's Happy Hour Buffalo shrimpBeginning Monday, November 3, a new happy hour debuts in Shaw’s Oyster Bar, available Monday – Friday from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Guests can enjoy favorites like Crispy Rice Bites, Buffalo Shrimp, Mini Lobster Rolls, and — of course — select oysters on the half shell. Pair your snacks with drink specials like the Oyster Wine of the Month, featured draft beers, or Shaw’s signature Old Fashioned.

Live Music Thursday Nights

Live music in Shaw's Oyster BarEvery Thursday evening in November, the Oyster Bar will host live music from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Each week features a new artist, creating the perfect atmosphere for evenings filled with oysters, drinks, and smooth sounds. November’s lineup includes Brad McDonald on November 6, Lee Kanehira on November 13, and Big Dog Mercer on November 20.
