This experience is $75 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included), and is available Monday – Friday from 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM and Saturday – Sunday from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM. A chef-curated cheese & salumi pairing is available to add-on to the experience, but please note that the full dinner menu is not included, and reservations are required beforehand to secure a table after or before the experience. The 18-course dinner from Master Chef Kaze Chan will include six pours from Sohomare, including rare and aged expressions, with pairings guided by special guest, fifth generation sake brewery owner, Jun Kono. His family’s historic brewery uses the labor intensive “kimoto” style for all of their sake, a technique predating their founding in 1872.
