On Tuesday, June 30 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, The Omakase Room at Sushi-san transforms into a Japanese-inspired vinyl Listening Room as your host, Suntory Brand Ambassador Davey Jones weaves together Japanese vinyl pressings, Master Chef Kaze’s curated bites, and Suntory whiskies, including Hibiki, Yamazaki, and rare pours available only in Japan. On Wednesday, July 29, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Chefs Eric Jorgensen and David Koehn team up to present a four-course, Basque-inspired BBQ. Don’t miss this family-style Spanish and French feast complete with pintxos, tapas, summer salads, and of course, a whole roasted pig from Slagel Family Farms. Enjoy paired beverages with each course (plus porrón pours all afternoon!) as you revel in the two cuisines, cultures, and chef teams coming together. Since opening in 2023, Cat Bite Club has become one of Asia’s most talked-about bars, earning the Campari One To Watch Award from The World’s 50 Best Bars, recognition on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list, placement on the World’s 50 Best Bars extended rankings, and multiple Spirited Awards nominations. Jesse, formerly Head Bartender at Atlas Singapore and a veteran with nearly two decades behind the bar, is widely respected for his thoughtful approach to hospitality and his pioneering exploration of agave and Asian rice spirits.
