This April, The Oakville welcomes Chappellet Winery from Napa Valley to The Cellar Door, The Oakville Grill & Cellar’s six-seat intimate wine tasting room. This experience is $75 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included), and is available Monday – Friday from 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM and Saturday – Sunday from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM. A chef-curated cheese & salumi pairing is available to add-on to the experience, but please note that the full dinner menu is not included, and reservations are required beforehand to secure a table after or before the experience. Executive Chef Eric Jorgensen will demonstrate every step to making the flavorful Valencian dish. Join The Omakase Room at Sushi-san on Monday, April 27 at 6:00 PM for an exclusive dinner featuring iconic, premium craft Japanese sake brewery Sohomare. The 18-course dinner from Master Chef Kaze Chan will include six pours from Sohomare, including rare and aged expressions, with pairings guided by special guest, fifth generation sake brewery owner, Jun Kono. His family’s historic brewery uses the labor intensive “kimoto” style for all of their sake, a technique predating their founding in 1872.
