Warm up with Coastal Soups from Summer House – Lincoln Park, bringing cozy vibes and sunshine by the spoonful all winter long! Chef Ben Goodnick serves up heartwarming savory soups, from classics like Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle, Summer House staples like Gus’ Tortilla Verde and seasonal selections like Roasted Butternut Squash. Coastal Soups are available to order by the cup or quart seven days a week for carryout and delivery only alongside the Summer House main menu. Complement your soup with sandwiches, salads, and sides like the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap, Buttery Toasted Cheese, Fall Harvest Salad, and more. Holiday Champagne Menu Featuring Maison Ruinart at RPM Restaurants
This December, RPM Restaurants are raising a glass with Maison Ruinart and welcoming back one of their most beloved seasonal traditions: The Holiday Champagne Menu. Available at all RPM locations, it’s the perfect way to celebrate the most festive time of year. Each menu features two exquisite Risotto Fritto bites, one topped with Wagyu Tartare and Black Truffle, the other with Yellowfin Tuna and Kaluga Caviar, paired with luxurious Maison Ruinart Champagne. Across RPM Italian, RPM Seafood, RPM Steak, and our D.C. and Las Vegas locations, guests will be able to enjoy Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Ruinart Rosé by the glass or bottle. Chicago and D.C. locations are also pouring Dom Ruinart 2010, a rare vintage expression.

Perched on St. Helena’s Diamond Mountain sits Schramsberg Vineyards, a Napa Valley icon with a story as sparkling as its wines. Savor pours of their current selection as The Oakville sommelier team transports you to California wine country, sharing the storied history of Schramsberg, which dates back to the 1800s and continues to handcraft some of California’s most refined and expressive sparkling wines. Decker’s Sourdough Bagels Pop-Up at Wildfire – Chicago
On Saturday, December 13, starting at 8:30 AM until they sell out, Wildfire – Chicago at 159 W. Erie St. in River North will welcome the next pop-up of Decker’s Sourdough Bagels, Chicago’s newest hand-rolled artisan sourdough bagels and house-made whipped cream cheese spreads available for carryout only by the single, half-dozen and dozen. Bagels are available for pre-ordering starting Tuesday, December 9 via deckerssourdoughbagels.com, or walk-in on Saturday, December 13, while supplies last. (We strongly encourage pre-ordering or early arrival, as Decker’s last two pop-ups have sold out!)

Sagra della Bistecca with Chef Evan Funke at Tre Dita
On December 16, Tre Dita Chef Partner Evan Funke will host a multi-course dinner inspired by Cortona’s legendary Sagra della Bistecca. Paying homage to Tuscany’s annual celebration of fire-grilled beef, the menu will also feature artisan antipasti, seasonal insalati, and Chef Funke’s signature handmade pastas, all paired with heritage Tuscan wines, capturing the warmth and communal spirit of dining in Tuscany at Tre Dita, the first certified Tuscan restaurant in the United States as designated by Ventrina Toscana. Tickets are $275 per person, plus tax and service fee.
