Big Bowl has launched new menu additions that celebrate bold Asian flavors and summer ingredients. Created by Partner and Executive Chef Raul Gutierrez, the lineup of offerings bring fresh variety to the menu, from vibrant appetizers and vegetable dishes to new pork entrées and fried rice options.

“Our new menu is inspired by the bold, vibrant flavors found across Asia. From your first bite to your last, we created every dish to bring a balance of texture, spice, and comfort in a way that feels both familiar and new,” says Chef Raul.

Start with Something New

The new Tuna Tostadas and Vegetable Spring Rolls on a table at Big Bowl.Kick off your meal with one of two bold new appetizers…or both, we won’t judge! Try the Vegetable Spring Rolls with ginger soy and plum dipping sauces for a savory bite, or the Ahi Tuna Tostadas served with watermelon, red onion, avocado crema, and crispy wontons for a refreshing starter. Pair these summery starters with Big Bowl’s signature sangria or a seasonal Blueberry G&T!

Pass the Veggies

Guests can choose from Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts with fresnos and peanuts, Cantonese Bok Choy, Snow Peas & Shiitake Mushrooms in a ginger-lemon broth, or Crispy Sichuan Eggplant topped with tomato, cilantro, and scallions served in a chili-garlic sauce.

A Fresh Take on Pork

Try the Indonesian Braised Pork with eggplant, Brussels sprouts, red peppers, peas, and Thai basil in a rich red curry-coconut sauce. Or enjoy the Korean Pork Pan-Fried Noodles with cabbage, carrots, celery, cilantro, and shiitake mushrooms, topped with scallions, roasted garlic-chili oil, and toasted sesame.

Choose from the Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice, Teriyaki Beef Fried Rice, or BBQ Pork Fried Rice made with napa cabbage, snow peas, mushrooms, red peppers, scallions, sprouts, and eggs. Looking for something new? Try the Teriyaki Shrimp Fried Rice, which combines pineapple, red peppers, napa cabbage, snow peas, mushrooms, scallions, sprouts, and eggs for a sweet and savory twist.
