Your Ultimate Nashville Bachelorette Weekend Guide
Where to eat, sip & celebrate
Nashville is known for live music, Southern hospitality, and unforgettable nights out, which is exactly what makes it one of the best destinations for a fabulous bachelorette weekend. Think charming neighborhoods, beautiful patios, boutique shopping, incredible food, and plenty of places to toast the bride-to-be.
Whether your group is planning a laid-back girls’ getaway or a packed itinerary filled with brunches, cocktails, and celebrations, this long weekend guide has everything you need for the perfect Nashville bachelorette trip.
Friday: Check In & Get the Weekend Started
Check into Memoir Wedgewood Houston, located in the creative Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. Take the afternoon to settle in and explore the area, which is known for its art galleries, local shops, and studios, then set the tone for the night with happy hour at Bastion’s Big Bar. Pro tip: don’t skip the nachos!
When you’re ready for the main event, head over to Aba for a gorgeous welcome dinner. Named one of the best restaurants in Wedgewood-Houston by The Infatuation, it’s the perfect spot to order plenty of mezze to share and make the occasion extra festive with a Spritz Tower.
Lonnie Camer, Sales and Catering Manager at Aba, highly recommends the patio for groups: “I love parties at the mezze table on the patio for an al fresco celebration – it’s a little more private, surrounded by greenery and super photogenic for the bride’s photo opps!”
Saturday: Sweat, Shop, and Stay Out Late
Rise and shine with a morning sweat session at Fahrenheit Yoga, located right in the heart of 12 South. Since you’re already in one of the city’s most walkable neighborhoods, skip the outfit change, keep the athleisure on, and step right out of the studio to start exploring. Cool down with an iced coffee from Frothy Monkey or Hearts and reward your workout with sweets from Five Daughters Bakery or Buttermilk Ranch.
Then spend the afternoon browsing the local boutiques along 12 South. Before you leave the neighborhood, make it official with matching permanent bracelets from Burdlife, the perfect way to commemorate your trip. If you somehow have more room, you know where to find more dessert: Sushi-san’s soft serve window. A bachelorette weekend is no time to skip dessert, and especially not at one of the best ice cream shops in Nashville, according to Modern Luxury!
When it’s time to head back to the hotel to swap the athleisure for your going-out outfits, keep things easy and let dinner come to you. Order catering from Sushi-san so you can enjoy the ultimate sushi spread while everyone does hair and makeup. Load up on maki and pop some bubbly in the room to really get the pre-game started.
Then it’s time for what you came for: the iconic Nashville nightlife. Head to Broadway, the city’s famous downtown strip lined with honky-tonks, live music venues, and bars, for a taste of the classic Nashville experience. Follow the music, grab a drink, and see where the night takes you (maybe even for a ride on a mechanical bull?).
Then it’s time for what you came for: the iconic Nashville nightlife. Head to Broadway, the city’s famous downtown strip lined with honky-tonks, live music venues, and bars, for a taste of the classic Nashville experience. Sip a cocktail in the pretty and pink Casa Rosa, dance to the music at the famous purple Tootsies, and see where the night takes you – but definitely end it by riding the mechanical bull at Wild Beaver!
Sunday: Farewell Brunch & Final Stops
Keep Sunday easy with comforting brunch dishes from Aba. From the Chocolate Babka French Toast to the Jerusalem Bagel & Smoked Salmon Spread, order up a spread of favorites to help you recover from the weekend.
Follow it by checking out The Parthenon, or stop by the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park and pick up coffee and small souvenirs from the Nashville Farmers’ Market nearby. If there’s time for one last hurrah, head to Charmers for cocktails or Midnight Oil for drinks and pizza.
Then it’s time to head home with a full camera roll, a new permanent bracelet and just enough energy to start planning the next girls’ trip.
