Good news: This new neighborhood pizzeria and bar has both! Serving two styles of pizza—Chicago Thin & Crispy and New York Crispy—alongside antipasti, salads, house-made pastas, soft-serve gelato, Italian-inspired cocktails, wine, and more, Pizzeria Gabbo has something for everyone, any way you slice it.

Fulton Market‘s lively vibes carry on inside with a playlist nodding to 80s new wave and slow groove favorites, which will have you lingering over just one more Sarti Spritz plus the irresistible Gabbo-Style Sundae—housemade milk chocolate and roasted pistachio soft serve gelato in a ‘tuxedo twist,’ topped with candied orange, and honey and pistachio praline—for dessert.

There’s more than 20 by-the-glass Italian and domestic wine pours selected specifically to sip easily with pizza, including a few hailing from Campania, Italy (the birthplace of pizza!). If you’re craving a cocktail, the Italian-inspired spritz lineup will transport you to the Mediterranean seaside, along with signature cocktails like the Sfizio (a Darjeeling-infused, savory spin on a gin gimlet), the Amalfi Coast-inspired, citrus-layered Al Fresco, and the tequila-based Margherita, infused with micro basil and sundried tomato.
